Exploring spirituality and life Two courses from the London Centre for Spirituality to help you explore your spirituality. Exploring Christian Spirituality is for those who  want to discover more about Christian spirituality, to widen their understanding or who are considering further courses but need to deepen their awareness. It is also for those who would like to renew or learn new forms of prayer, who hope to develop courses in spirituality in their own churches or feel a call to train as Spiritual Directors. Exploring Life: Spirituality 101 is a new course for anyone wishing to explore their spirituality in an open and nonpartisan way: an opportunity to discover more about who you are, what you want from life, what life wants from you, and who or what God is for you. Our exploration together will involve exercises singly and in groups, sharing experiences and learning from each other. Neither a therapy group nor a course of study, the course is experiential and, although we happen to be Christian, it is open to anyone wishing to explore and discover.

Three Authors Coming to Visit
Join us for an engaging evening of ideas and insights

The London Centre for Spirituality Authors Programme continues with three  evenings of privileged access to the minds of gifted and important authors of our time.

We invite you to discover the thoughts behind the works with Veronica Zundel, Julienne McLean and Christopher Chapman in conversation with our Editorial Consultant Derek Collins.

As well as launching the reprint of her work Towards Mystical Union, Julienne McLean  will also exhibit her artworks.

Encounter course from London Centre for Spirituality

ENCOUNTER The London Course in Spiritual Direction ENCOUNTER is the new formation programme from the London Centre for Spirituality. It draws its inspiration from ancient and contemporary practice, modern psychological insights and the wisdom tradition found in all religions and cultures. ENCOUNTER is an ecumenical programme rooted in the Christian tradition and is open to people from any background who want to explore and develop their vocation in helping others discern and respond to God in everyday life. ENCOUNTER is an experiential and practical programme led by an experienced team of spiritual directors with related expertise and training, including theology, pastoral care, spirituality and psychotherapy. In association with The Retreat Association, we offer regular events helping people to find spiritual direction that is right for them as well as tasters in training for those who feel called to become spiritual companions or directors themselves.

More information about these events is available on the Centre website where tickets can also be booked.
