The Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola and the Art of Spiritual Direction

The Ignatian Spirituality Course offers a formation into the tradition of Christian Spiritual Direction underpinned by the wisdom of Ignatius of Loyola (1491-1556) and the Spiritual Exercises. Much more than 'praying with the imagination', Ignatian spirituality embraces the multiplicity of ways that people find themselves in God.
