Ongoing training: Spiritual Direction and Mental Health.

We will explore what can aid our ministry with people who struggle with mental health difficulties. With Catherine Armstrong, who has been a spiritual director for 10 years and is a tutor on the Encounter course at the London centre for spiritual direction. Her MA dissertation at Heythrop was on mental health and spiritual direction.
