Exploring spirituality and life Two courses from the London Centre for Spirituality to help you explore your spirituality. Exploring Christian Spirituality is for those who  want to discover more about Christian spirituality, to widen their understanding or who are considering further courses but need to deepen their awareness. It is also for those who would like to renew or learn new forms of prayer, who hope to develop courses in spirituality in their own churches or feel a call to train as Spiritual Directors. Exploring Life: Spirituality 101 is a new course for anyone wishing to explore their spirituality in an open and nonpartisan way: an opportunity to discover more about who you are, what you want from life, what life wants from you, and who or what God is for you. Our exploration together will involve exercises singly and in groups, sharing experiences and learning from each other. Neither a therapy group nor a course of study, the course is experiential and, although we happen to be Christian, it is open to anyone wishing to explore and discover.
