Training to become a Spiritual Director
Called to Spiritual Direction?
to become a Spiritual Director
nationally recognised, three-year courses held at the London Spirituality
Centre are now accepting applications for the 2014-15 Academic Year
people who decide to follow a path to becoming spiritual directors have come to
discern that calling through their own directed journey.
If you have
directees, parishoners or colleagues who demonstrate a calling to become
spiritual directors themselves, please mention the courses offered at the London

Since its inception in 1988, over
300 people have completed the London Course. We are proud that Encounter draws
upon this heritage and incorporates the best in contemporary insights,
too. Encounter is offered one weekday evening per week in term time, 6 - 9pm.
Next year's course begins 7 October. Application deadline is 4 September.
The course was conceived in 1981
and has developed with the aim of forming participants in The Art of Spiritual
Direction and in giving the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola in their
various forms. ISC is offered one weekday per week in term time, 11am - 4pm.
Next year's course begins 30 September. Application deadline is 16
September. The course is offered and administered by the Cenacle Charity at
